Born in 1939 in Abnoub A t Hammum, Assiout, Egypt
1956-1961 Studied Graphic Art in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Cairo
1960-1962 Joined the Institute of Coptic Arts
Got in contact with Habib Gorgy, Ragheb Ayad, and Wissa Wassef

1961- 1963 Participated in important exhibitions such as the Salon De Printenips and
the Alexandria Biennale

1962 - 1971 Worked as an illustrator in Dar El Helal
1971 Went to Paris where he resided for 10 years. Published, paintings in Magazines : Pomme D'Api, Okapi, and Perlin el Pinpin

1973-1978 Taught in Strasbourg University ( Faculte des Arts Plastic ) l ies )
1980 Went back to Cairo and took it his residence
1997 Worked as a director in the Egyptian Cultural Center in Paris
